I Tried Victoria's Secret Model Diet & Workout and This Is What happened
There I was, staring at myself in the mirror after watching the Victoria Secret Fashion show on Youtube. I do workout 2-3 times a week and I eat healthy (at least I think most of the time). BUT I still can't get in shape like a Victoria Secret's Model (obviously)
"ok! I want to challenge myself for a week to see if a normal girl can endure the diet and workout of a Victoria Secret's Model"

For the diet of VS models, I've listed some useful links below for your reference. For me, I didn't follow all of them strictly.

As you can see, I occasionally treat myself with cheat meals and I believe models also do. So don't push yourself too much !
For the workout, I followed the abs and butt workout videos by Victoria's Secret models Romee Strijd and Sanne Vloet.
I do one set per day and trust me, it really works! I can't say you will get abs immediately after a week but at least you won't have big belly after doing these.
So if you also wanna try this challenge, JUST DO IT and you will never regret. Remember, hard work always pays off :)
